Agent Income
Among the nearly 500 Farmers agents in Minnesota, District 05 has one of the TOP 10 income earners in the state.

In fact, the average monthly income per full time agent with over two years experience is over $8,100.00 per MONTH for District 13-05. As a member of our team, there is no promotion to keep waiting for and no ceiling to your accomplishments . You control your own destiny with Farmers Insurance!

 

New Agent Financial Support

Farmers understands that growing a business takes time and money – so we give new agents a stable financial base in the form of a financial subsidy while they're developing their agencies. Agents may be eligible to receive this subsidy for their first two years as an agent. This helps pay for start-up and expansion costs and alleviates the financial strain of starting a business. Farmers seeks to reward their most dedicated agents. So, new agents can qualify to earn more than $60,000 in financial assistance. This amount is in addition to commissions earned.

 

New –Business Commissions
Our commission structure pays some of the industry's highest commissions.

 

Service Commissions (Renewals/Residuals)
As your customer base grows, so does your income because you're paid a commission to service your customer accounts as they renew with Farmers and your agency.

 

Contract Value
Whenever you choose to relinquish your agency, you're paid what's called a “Contract Value.” Based on the number of years as an agent, the number of active policies and your service commissions, this Contract Value can translate into a substantial monetary value.

 

Family Rights Provision
You even have the option to sell your agency to an approved family member, making it a business that you can pass down through GENERATIONS.

 

Contract Value Bonus
You can earn a deferred bonus based on the equity you've built into your agency and agency profitability.
 

Profitability Bonus
This bonus is based on your production and the profitability in your agency.

Life Performance Bonus
This bonus is one of the highest in the industry allowing you to earn up to 100% of your life commissions each quarter.

The Farmers Agents' Group Benefits Program consists of many plans that, together, provide valuable coverage for you and your family. Your benefits program includes plans for medical, dental and vision; provide income if you become ill or injured and are unable to work; and provide financial security for your family in the event of your death or if you are seriously injured in an accident. Farmers shares a portion of the medical and life costs for agents. Mix and match your coverage for yourself, your spouse and/or your children.
